Delivery and what to expect
- Ships by freight. Oversized items typically take 3–21 business days depending on the carrier's schedule, and the carrier contacts you to book a delivery appointment.
- Curbside delivery is standard. The carrier brings it to the curb — not into the garden, and not assembled. Plan how you will move a crated sauna from the street, and have help on hand.
- Installation is not included. You arrange a level, load-bearing base (gravel, pavers or concrete) and a licensed electrician for the hardwired 220V circuit. Price both before ordering.
- Inspect before you sign. Photograph the crate and the contents on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, message us within 7 days with photos of the product and the packaging.
- Financing. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout — the monthly figure is shown with the price.

Shipping
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Returns & Refunds
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
